Morning Run with Willie

Morning Run with Willie This morning Prince William joined me for a run. He did so well! We started at a walking pace to warm up for about 1/2 mile. Then, the pace was between a trot and a gallop the rest of the run.  We ran over 5 miles! He stopped once to do his business, and once to say hello to a squirrel. He barely gave a glance to the 4 dogs we passed on the trail.  After the run Willie was thirsty and hungry (and so was his running partner). We had fresh water and food (separately, and not from the same bowl :-) Now he is sleeping soundly.  He is a fine and fun running buddy!   https://www.strava.com/activities/6038114253 "Boy, do you always run that far?" "I think I heard a squirrel, but don't really care right now" "Ah, this floor feels nice and cool." Nice day.
